Have questions? Here's the most frequently asked.

Where can I park?

Parking is limited in the town of Tofino. It can be extremely difficult to secure a spot during the busy summer season. We would recommend you walk into town, ride a bicycle, or be dropped off.

If you do need to park, there is a paid parking lot on 3rd & Main Street.

You should give yourself extra time to find parking as it can be difficult, especially from June thru September.

Yes, advance ticket purchase is required. Events typically sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the date, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance.

Do I need to tip?

What do we do in case of bad weather?

The tours are held rain or shine. Tofino is one of the wettest spots in Canada. However, most of this rain occurs from late October til March. We advise to check the weather conditions for your day’s event and dress appropriately.
